  1. Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Admninistration or related field of study from a recognised university.
  2. Three 3 Years of related experience in the industry at national or international level in providing HR advisory services and or managing staff and operational system.
  3. experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel etc.) and experience in handling of web based management systems.
  4. Knowledge of the philosophy, mission, leadership and planning needs of ASA Microfinance SL Limited.


  1. Two well off guarantors (One from family member and one should be a civil servant)
  2. police clearance
  3. be a legal citizen of sierra leone
  4. salary and benefits are negotiable

About the Role

  1. Support the development and implementation of HR Initiatives and systems
  2. Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  3. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting job adverts and managing the hiring process
  4. Create and implement effective boarding plans
  5. Develop training and development programs
  6. Assist in performance management processes
  7. Support the management of disciplinary and drieviance issies
  8. Maintain employee records
  9. Review employment and working conditions to ensue legal compliance
